Max Winders is the creative mind behind The Adventures of Mooka & Lou. Inspired by countless family canoe trips to the Boundary Waters in Minnesota with his wife, Karin, and their three sons, Max's stories are a tribute to the adventures and bonds formed in nature. Now a grandfather, Max aims to ignite the imaginations of children and encourage families to explore the great outdoors together.
